`aamir.life` is the personal site of Aamir Saeed Malik. It carries writing, research, a record of talks and books, and one paid service — a coaching assessment.

By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not, the remedy is simply to leave — nothing here requires an account.

Not yet bookable. These terms describe it so they are in place before it opens.

What it is. Two video sessions of one hour, a week apart, and a written report. €300, VAT included. Follow-up sessions are one hour, €200, VAT included.

What you do. Before the first session you take about fifty minutes of simple measurements at home. I will send you what to measure and how. You bring the numbers; I enter them.

What it is not, and this matters most. I am not a doctor and this is not medical care. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe or replace anything your clinician does. If you are hoping for a diagnosis, this is the wrong service and I will say so rather than take the booking.

I may decline a booking, and will refund it in full if I do. That includes where a symptom sounds like something a clinician should see.

Through Stripe, at the time you book. I never see or hold your card details. Prices include VAT and are handled through Stripe's managed payments.

The assessment is one thing, not two sessions and a report. Most of the work happens between them, when I put all five on one table and read them together. That work is done once you have given me your numbers, whether or not you come to the second session — so if you stop after the first, the fee is not refunded.

To move a session, give me at least 24 hours' notice and it costs nothing. Inside 24 hours, the session is charged.

To cancel, give me at least 48 hours' notice. Inside 48 hours, the session is charged.

If I cancel, you get a full refund or another date, whichever you prefer.

I will do the work properly, give you my honest reading, and say plainly when something is outside what I can tell you.

I cannot promise an outcome. Nobody can. What you do with the report is yours, and results depend on things neither of us controls.

Nothing here limits my liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud — nor could it.

The writing, the figures and the design on this site are mine. Read them, quote them with attribution, link to them freely. Do not republish them wholesale or use them to train a model.

Your report is yours. So is anything you tell me.

The book is separate. *Fix the Floor* is sold at fixthefloor.life under its own terms.

Write to `aamir@aamir.life` first. Most things are a misunderstanding and I would rather fix it than argue about it.

These terms are governed by Czech law, and the Czech courts have jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of your own country's law.

If these terms change, the date below changes with it. A change never applies retroactively to a booking already made.
